Crocheted hair

I've got a number of random blog posts coming up. I was tidying up my documents to make sure I'd used all the images I had ready to go. This first one shows a couple of crocheted hair works. They're made from the hair yarn that I had made for my hair weavings (see here and here, for example). I made two pieces because the crochet squares were slightly different sizes. The first two images were photographed on a light box which emphasizes the gaps between the hair, rather than the hair itself. The last two are close-up shots to show some detail.
